IFT offers a 7-tier SOFT CHEESE TROLLEY measuring 1110x690x1835 mm (H), made of stainless steel and complete with smooth PE boards measuring 500x330x10 mm. The frame is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, and the smooth shelves are made of food-grade polyethylene. They are sturdy, hygienic, and sanitizable, and certified according to EC directives for food contact. Thanks to its size, it is easy to maneuver within cold rooms and even for truck transport. The TROLLEY is particularly suitable for dairy operations with products such as stracchino and soft cheeses. It is also suitable for the storage and processing of many other foods, such as meat.

The shelves are inclined inward by two degrees to allow the cheese to drain, and the trolley is closed on the top level with a stainless steel roof.

The trolley is complete with four 125 mm diameter swivel casters and two with brakes.

Each trolley is complete with 28 polyethylene boards measuring 500x330x10 mm.
