We design and manufacture both the plastic components and the stainless steel structures of our food industry equipment in-house. In 2022, we transformed our business model by establishing Trioplast d.o.o. (in which IFT holds a 50% stake); we no longer outsource production but instead manage the entire manufacturing cycle ourselves. This gives us total control over delivery times, costs, and—above all—quality standards.
The process begins with the centralized procurement of raw materials: we use exclusively virgin plastic granules certified for food contact. At the Trioplast facility, using state-of-the-art injection molding presses, we mass-produce plastic crates, trays, and grids for food use, adhering to strict quality control protocols. Every item complies with the most stringent national, international, and EC regulations.
As of 2024, we have expanded our production capacity with an in-house mechanical workshop staffed by expert welders. Here, we directly manufacture stainless steel trolleys, racks, tables, and shelving units for the food industry. We handle the entire production process, from plastic components to the supporting metal structures.
